Affiliate partner programme for resellers and referrers
Turn your network into revenue. PXP handles onboarding, compliance, and fulfilment
while you earn commission for the lifetime of every merchant you introduce.
Who we partner with
Affiliate partners are businesses and individuals with existing merchant relationships who can make a warm introduction to PXP. You might be a:
- Payment ISO
- Independent agent
- Business advisor
- Accountant
- Trade body
- Industry association
- Simply someone who works closely with merchants and knows when they have a payment problem.
You don't need to be a technology company or make any integrations. If you have merchant relationships and can make an introduction, let’s explore working together.
Start turning your network into revenue
You talk to merchants regularly. You hear their frustrations that approval rates are too low, fees lack transparency, and payment systems create more admin than they solve. You know which ones are on a bad deal or stuck with a single acquirer that isn't serving them well.
Most of the time, that insight doesn't translate into revenue for your business. You might pass along a recommendation, but there's no structure around it. No way to track whether it converted. No payment when it does.
The PXP affiliate model puts a commercial structure around the relationships you already have.
How it works
After you introduce your customer to PXP, we handle the sales conversation, underwriting, compliance, and onboarding. When the merchant goes live, you start earning commission on their transaction volume. That commission continues for the lifetime of the relationship, not just for the first year or two.

The tools to convert referrals,
without the overhead

Lifetime revenue share
Commission continues for the lifetime of each merchant's relationship with PXP. PXP does not re-paper merchants or restructure commercial terms after a fixed period. The merchants you introduce stay yours commercially.

Branded marketing materials
Launchpad and the PXP Partner Resource Hub include co-branded marketing toolkits with templates, sales materials, and launch assets, so you can make credible introductions without building anything from scratch. Your brand stays front and centre.

A dedicated account manager
Affiliate partners get access to a dedicated account manager who understands your vertical and can help you identify and qualify the right merchants. When you have a warm lead, there's someone specific to hand it to.

No onboarding burden
PXP handles underwriting, compliance, KYC, and merchant onboarding. You introduce the merchant and stay in the loop without managing the process yourself.
The merchant types PXP can help
PXP's platform is designed for merchants who process meaningful transaction volume and need a unified payment solution that will serve them for the long term. The best referral candidates typically have one or more of these characteristics:
- They're on a single acquiring relationship and experiencing approval rate issues or unexpected downtime.
- They operate across multiple channels but manage them through separate, disconnected systems.
- They're growing into new markets and need payment coverage that scales with them.
- They're in a regulated vertical, such as gaming or financial services, where payment acceptance can be more complex. They're paying fees they don't fully understand and suspect they could get a better commercial arrangement.
If a merchant in your network is experiencing any of these challenges, talk to our partnership team.
Choose your affiliate model
Direct referral
Make the introduction and PXP takes it from there. Earn commission when the merchant goes live. No ongoing involvement required.
Managed referral
Stay involved in the relationship alongside PXP. Useful if you're the merchant's primary advisor and want to remain their point of contact for payment questions. The commission structure reflects your continued involvement.
Reseller
If you want to move beyond referral into owning the sales cycle, managing contracts, running your own merchant portfolio, and controlling the commercial terms, the reseller model gives you that capability. Talk to us if this is the direction you want to go.

FAQ
Do I need any technical knowledge to become an affiliate partner?
No. The affiliate model requires no technical integration. You submit referrals through Launchpad, and PXP handles everything from onboarding to compliance to fulfilment.
How much can I earn?
Commission is based on the transaction volume each referred merchant processes. The more merchants you introduce, and the larger their volume, the more you earn. Commission continues for the lifetime of each merchant relationship, not just a fixed initial period.
What happens after I submit a referral?
The PXP's sales team picks up the merchant conversation and handles the process from there, with your dedicated account manager keeping you closely updated.
Can I refer merchants in any industry?
PXP works across many industries. You’ll be provided our merchant acceptance policy once you go live as a partner, and will have an assigned account manager for any further questions.
What's the difference between affiliate and reseller?
Affiliate partners refer merchants and earn commission, while PXP handles the sales cycle and fulfilment. Resellers own more of the commercial relationship. They manage contracts, control pricing within defined parameters, and operate more like an extension of PXP's sales team. If you want to explore the reseller model, get in touch.
Can I build a sub-partner network under my affiliate account?
Yes. Launchpad includes a referral partner hub that allows you to bring other agents or introducers into your network. Sub-partner activity is tracked and commission is structured to reflect the hierarchy.
